Ticket & Venue Policies

Ticket Validity & Purchasing
  • Authorized Tickets: The Campolindo Music Boosters website (via our official ticketing platform) is the only authorized seller for our event tickets. Tickets purchased from brokers, third-party websites, or unauthorized individuals are purchased at the consumer's own risk and may not be honored.

  • Ticket Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in all communications, but the Campolindo Music Boosters reserve the right to correct any typographical or unintentional errors in pricing or event details at the time of purchase.

  • Programs Subject to Change: All scheduled programs, featured artists, and ticket prices are subject to change without notice.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Sales
  • All Sales Are Final: The Campolindo Music Boosters maintain a "no refund" policy. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Cancellations: Refunds will only be issued if an event is cancelled and is not rescheduled.

  • No Price Adjustments: No refunds or credits will be offered on previously purchased tickets if a promotional price is offered at a later date.

Policies for Young Attendees and Fire Code
  • Every Person Needs a Ticket: Regardless of age, every person must have a valid ticket for entry, including infants and small children. As required by fire code, children may not sit on a parent’s lap.

  • Seating Policy: For the comfort of all patrons, parents who bring young children who are unable to sit quietly for the duration of a performance may be asked by an usher to exit the auditorium temporarily.

Patron Code of Conduct

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all attendees and our performers:

  • Respectful Behavior: All guests are asked to be respectful of others around them. Any patron who interferes with the enjoyment of another individual is subject to removal from the venue.

  • Standing: Guests are asked to remain seated during the performance. Standing may be accepted as normal protocol during specific high-energy moments (such as Jazz numbers) if the majority of the audience is doing the same. Standing on seats or other venue structures is strictly prohibited.

Digital Devices and Photography

  • Strictly Prohibited: The use of cameras, cellular phones, tablets, or any such device for audio/video recording, flash photography, or live-streaming is strictly prohibited in the performance space.

  • Disturbance: To minimize distraction to the performers and the audience, please silence all personal digital devices (phones, tablets, smart watches) and refrain from texting, checking email, or browsing during the performance. Violators may be asked to leave the theater.
